It stops the moment you finish the check or close the tab. Nothing runs in the background.

Each frame is read on your device
A face-landmark model measures eye openness and posture geometry locally, in your browser.

The frame is discarded immediately
We keep the numbers — blink rate, completeness, angles. The image is never written to disk, never uploaded, never seen by us.

What to expect

Sit and work as you normally would for about 3 minutes. Don't perform for the camera — a natural session is the whole point. At the end you get your Visual Strain Score and what to do about it.

Optional. Save my numeric results (blink rate, score — never video) so I can track progress over time. Leave this unticked and the check still works fully — it just won't remember.
